Sautéed Apples With Ghee

An easy nutritious breakfast with only 3 ingredients and 3 steps.

  1. Chop one apple into small pieces

  2. Heat a tablespoon of ghee in a pan

  3. Saute apples with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Enjoy warm! (If you have more hunger, add this apple mix on top of oatmeal).
