1. Ceramic Nasal Neti Pot

This practice clears sinuses by rinsing away debris and mucus, easing breathing. It's a natural remedy for congestion, allergies, snoring, and dryness that was first documented in early Indian history.

Neti pots use water and gravity to flush the nose and sinus cavity. This ceramic nasal neti pot is a simple tool for helping to clear congestion and keep the nasal passages clear.

  • Use distilled water or a saline solution to fill the neti pot.

  • Leaning over a sink, tilt your head to the side and slowly pour the solution into one nostril and allow the liquid to drain out the opposite nostril.

  • Do this several times, intermittently blowing your nose.

  • Repeat on the other side.

  • Use occasionally (1 week) and be mindful of cleaning and storing in a clean dry place.

2.Palo Santo Sticks

100% sustainable Palo Santo Sticks (BURSERA GRAVEOLENS). Raw sticks collected from dead, naturally fallen trees. These burn for a short period of time. You relight them as you go. When burned the wood offers a pleasant uplifting smoke with a smell of citrus and mint.

Palo Santo is a tree with many benefits that grows in the dry tropical forests of South America, primarily Ecuador and Peru. It belongs to the same plant family that gives us frankincense, myrrh, and copal.

Palo santo is traditionally used to deter mosquitoes and insects, clear stagnant energy and clean your living spaces. Use it anytime. After lighting and blowing the flame out, keep the stick in a fireproof dish until the smoke finishes.

Sacred Wood Essence Palo Santo is single-sourced from a forest preserve in Ecuador. Sacred Wood Essence partners in Ecuador have planted over 30,000 trees back into the area over the last 10 years. When the tree falls over, the wood begins to cure, it rests on the forest floor for several years before it is cut into pieces.
