Agave Dry Body Brush
Ayurveda recommends dry brushing as part of a regular self-care routine to stimulate circulation, and support the body’s natural detoxification process. Before showering, gently brush your dry skin. Start at the soles of your feet and work up, brush towards your heart, using long, smooth strokes on your limbs and gentle, circular motions on your stomach and joints.

Vata Organic Body Oil
Body oil is a self-care essential, especially during the dry cool Fall/Vata season. Oils easily absorb into the skin to offer protection and cell repair. Ayurveda emphasizes the importance of keeping the body oiled and hydrated because it nourishes tissues/joints, promotes healthy skin, and supports overall well-being. Hydration keeps the body’s internal systems functioning properly, preventing imbalances like dryness, stiffness, or restlessness.
Use the oil after using the dry brush and before or after a shower. If using the oil before the shower, scrub lightly and pat dry.
Use the oil on the soles of your feet before bed and cover with warm socks.
Use the oil on your hair and massage the oil into your head before you shower. It might take extra shampoo to get the oil out.

Ghee is clarified butter that has removed the milk solids through a slow heating process. It is essentially butter oil and the holy grail of oils in Ayurveda because it stimulates digestion and lubricates the body from the inside out. Benefits of Ghee:
Stimulates digestion
Rich in vitamins and healthy fats (in moderation)

Higher smoke point (485 degrees), which is higher than many cooking oils and makes it a better nutritional choice.
